In the result of operative-search measures of the General Department on Combating Organized Crime of the RA Police it has been found out that the principle of the school N 1 has committed fraud by using his official position.

09.11.2017 a criminal case has been initiated by the Department of Especially Important Cases of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office under Article 314 Part 1, Point 3 and 1, Part 2 Article 179 CC of the RA.

The preliminary investigation of the case has been instructed to the RA IC.
