The results of inspections of stockbreeding program in the republic, conducted in 2017 in the Ministry of Agriculture have been recieved from the RA Control Chamber, with the help of which a number of facts of state interests violations have been registered.

With a view to verify the existence of grounds for initiating a criminal case, the prepared documents have been sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsoton Region and to the Prosecutor's Office of Ararat Region to discuss the issues of preparing materials in the manner presecribed by Art. 180-181 of the RA CCP .

The materials received from the Control Chamber also contain other cases of failure to fulfill the obligations. The investigation of that cases is in process.
