By the instruction of the prosecutor of Lori region dated June 12, 2018, the preliminary investigative body has made a decision to arrest the head of the community, and the execution of which has been entrusted to Tashir division of Lori region of the RA police department.

 

Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
