On May 30, 2018 the Prosecutor's Office of Shirak region sent to the Kumayri Police Department of Gyumri publication on the website www.aravot.am “The art school turned into a shopping center” with the purpose of studying the circumstances and reliability of the information stated in it through the necessary operative-search measures.

Based on these facts in the department of Kumayri of the RA police a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of p. 1 art. 311 of the RA Criminal Code and has been sent to the Investigation Department of the Investigation Committee of  Shirak region for preliminary investigation.
