The RA Prosecutor General's Office has already elaborated the RA draft law "On Making Supplements and Amendments in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Armenia", which along with the justification for its adoption, has been published on the official website of the Prosecutor General's Office in the section "Documents" (subsection "Projects") to ensure broad public debates.

 

In order to improve the draft law, the RA Prosecutor General's Office suggests that representatives of civil society organizations actively send comments, suggestions and comments regarding the draft law via e-mail to info@prosecutor.am .
