01.08.2018 15 criminal cases have been initiated by the prosecutors of the prosecutor's offices of the administrative districts of Shengavit, Erebuni and Nubarashen, Malatia-Sebastia for demanding and receiving illegal remuneration by the employees of the territorial divisions of social assistance of the office staff of the municipality of Yerevan.

 

In accordance with Article 311.1 Part 1 and Article 312.1 Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, prosecutors of the prosecutor’s office of Shengavit administrative district have initiated 11 criminal cases, and prosecutors of the prosecutor's offices of the administrative districts of Erebuni and Nubarashen, Malatia-Sebastia have initiated two criminal cases correspondingly, which have been sent to the territorial divisions of the Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA IC with a view to conduct a preliminary investigation.
