The appeals of the prosecutors against the decision of not to use detention as a measure of restraint against 2 participants of the riots that occurred in April in the administrative districts of Erebuni and Avan have been satisfied

The authorities conducting the proceedings have submitted a petition to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City concerning the application of detention as a measure of restraint against K. Ohanyan and K. Tonoyan, however, the court has refused the petition. The prosecutors have filed appeals against this decision.
