The Prosecutor's Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan has initiated a criminal case concerning the case of giving and receiving electoral bribery.

 

By the senior prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan a criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 154.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

 

Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
