The Prosecutor's Office of  Lori region examined the state of the legality of the preliminary investigation of corruption related criminal cases  in the region during the nine months of 2018.

 

An analysis of a number of criminal cases investigated under the supervision of the prosecutors of the region has shown that the heads of six regional educational institutions have abused their official duties.

 

In the result of such actions that are incompatible with the title of the teacher, besides the distortion of the moral values of the children, normal work of educational institutions has been hampered, the principle of equality of educational institutions, learners and employees has been violated.

 

The Prosecutor of Lori region Arsen Martirosyan addressed the marzpet of Lori region Andrey Ghukasyan to identify and eliminate the causes of such phenomena, taking measures to accelerate the issue of further work of officials who have committed serious violations.
