It was founded in the result of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated August 21, 2020 under Article 308, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code and examined at the Investigation Department of the RA Aragatsotn Marz, that the resident of the city of Yerevan owned an agricultural production facility located in the administrative area of Antarut community of the Aragatsotn Region, owned by him, as well as other land of 5.007 m2, without changing the purpose of the latter, without the relevant documents and permission envisaged by law, built three-story, two-story and one-story stone buildings, which were used a hotel complex and a restaurant during 2013-2018.

 

The head of Antarut community, who has the authority to prevent and stop voluntary construction in accordance with the law, having close relationship with the father of the given citizen, did not take any measure to change the purpose of the lands, did not apply any measure of administrative responsibility against the citizen within the terms envisaged under the administrative legislation.

 

In the result, Antarut community had serious consequences because of negligence: particularly large amount of money – 22.707.154 AMD was not paid to the community budget.

 

The head of the community was involved as an accused in the criminal case, on November 4, 2021 a decision was made to suspend the latter's powers, the legality of which was confirmed by the court.

 

In the result of the consistency of the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn region, the loss of 22.707.154 AMD caused to the community has been fully recovered.
