Dear Artur Davtyan

I would like to congratulate on Prosecutor’s Office Employees’ Day on behalf of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Artsakh and myself.

 

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia has its unique place and role as a government body and as a leading actor in the law enforcement system.  Thanks to the wisdom accumulated over the years and the skills of the leaders of the system to be guided exclusively by the interests of the state and the law, the Prosecutor's Office not only overcame with honor the challenges and problems of recent years, but also remained unwavering and steadily followed the chosen path of strengthening the legal system of the country.

 

I would like to highlight the connection and cooperation of the Prosecutor's Offices of the Republics of Armenia and Artsakh, as well as the efforts and contribution of Artur Davtyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia in it. Due to it good platforms were formulated for cooperation between the subdivisions of the Prosecutor’s Offices, which are used as frameworks for effective discussion of practical issues and problems and have a potential to be developed. The Prosecutor's Office of RA involved and continues to involve colleagues from Artsakh in various trainings and professional knowledge improvement programs and the next one will be organized in Artsakh in the coming days. The way of organizing the joint sessions of the Collegium of the Prosecutor’s Office is invaluable, during which the prosecutors of Artsakh have the opportunity to raise the practical and theoretical issues and problems of concern, to listen to the views of their Armenian colleagues, who have greater and richer practical experience.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank Mr. Harutyunyan, the Military Prosecutor and the Prosecutors of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia. With dedicated work and presence, the RA Military Prosecutor's Office has provided its service for years and continues to serve Artsakh, thus having its direct participation in the strengthening of legality in Artsakh.

Dear Mr. Davtyan, once again congratulating you on this occasion, I wish you and all the prosecutors of the Republic of Armenia individually a healthy and peaceful life, success in strengthening the legal system. God bless you all.
