In 2021 “Property Evaluation and Auction Centre” SNPO assessed the building with an area of 1,174.8 square meters located at Building No. 1, 82/2 Azatamartiki Ave., Yerevan, the value of which due to the assessment report dated April 8 of the same year was 128 million 686 thousand AMD.
According to the assessment report approved by the Director General of SNOC, the building with a value of around 229.5 million AMD was evaluated 128.6 million AMD, which was used as the basis for the alienation of the said real estate. As a result, the said property was expropriated for 128.6 million AMD or about 2 times less than the cadastral value approximated to the market value, causing the state a particularly large property damage - around 100 million AMD.
Materials on official forgery were sent to the RA Anti-Corruption Committee for initiating a criminal case.
The Preliminary investigation is going on.
