A. S., the Deputy Head of the Police Station of Armavir Division of Police being informed by the officials of “Friends Trans” LTD about initiating illegal transportation of passengers from the neighboring areas of Armavir town to the Central bus station of Yerevan City and in the opposite direction without any special license, demanded and received bribe for 220 thousands AMD from G. Ye. and S. H., with the function of Coordinator and Manager of those works during the period from December 2021 to April 2022.    

 

Evidence was obtained by the Investigation Department of National security Service and in the course of the examination of proceedings sent to the Ant-Corruption Committee.

 

According to the decision of the supervising prosecutor, the motion of the investigator was granted and public criminal prosecution was initiated against those who gave bribe and the official who allegedly received bribe.

 

The investigator made a decision to arrest the mentioned accused persons to bring to the court.
