The Prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against two persons for the act of hooliganism in relation to 2 deputies

On December 28, 2020, from 09:00 until 11:30, G.B. participating in the meeting which intended to obstruct the regular work of the National Assembly, intentionally violated the public order.  

 

The deputy tried to avoid the conflict and suggested them to open the road, however one of the participants of the meeting hit the car intending to engage S.G. into an argument. Afterwards there was an argument between the deputy and the participants of the meeting, during which A.S. and non-identified participants uttered sexual profanities, hit S.G. with eggs, dragged and kicked him. A.S. and other persons not identified under the proceedings followed S.G., continuing the violation of the public order, uttering sexual profanities, hitting with eggs, thus causing damages to his health.

 

The act of hooliganism by the A.S and persons not identified under the proceedings stopped due to the intervention of the police, afterwards A.S. was apprehended and taken to the Police Department of Arabkir at 11:20.

 

On December 12 a public criminal prosecution was initiated against G.B. and A.S. by the decision of the supervising prosecutor (accordingly under point 1 of part 2 of article 297 and part 1 of article 195 of the Criminal Code).
