The conclusive meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the issues of the restoration of the damage caused to the state and communities in phase of pre-trial proceedings took place under the chair of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Artur Poghosyan.

 

 

The representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, Anticorruption Committee, Investigation Department of the National Security Service, Ministry of Finance and State Revenue Committee have participated in the meeting.

 

 

The opinions from the interested institutions about the suggested legislative changes, the main regulations of the final drafts formed in the result of their conclusion have been presented to the working group.

 

                                  

The quantitative data about the available funds in the deposit accounts of the preliminary investigation body have also been concluded.

 

 

At the results of the meeting, in accordance with the 3rd provision of the 40-A decision of January 19th, 2021 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, the Deputy Prosecutor General Artur Poghosyan to submit a conclusion on the accounting of the restored amount of the damage caused to the State and communities, the system of revision of legal regulations and their practical application with solutions in the aim of regulating the problems arisen in the sphere of its disposal, which will be presented to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia together with the recommended legislative regulations.
