On January 23th, 2023 the Military Prosecutor of the RA, Deputy Prosecutor General Grigor Elizbaryan ordered the prosecutors of garrisons to carry out research in the civil buildings and shelters not having typical structure of military barrack, where the military staffs were situated as the consequence of the military actions occurred in 2020 and in 2022.

 

In particular, the Military Prosecutor ordered to carry out the following actions in the framework of the researches being carried out by the State Interests Protection Division of the RA Military Central Prosecutor’s Office:

 

be informed about the all military units and subunits under the garrison service area, which staff or the part of it is situated in the atypical military barracks,

 

carry out the research of the mentioned shelters, find out their structure, the types of used heaters and fuels, the legality and validity of their receipt, protection and distribution,

 

find out the conformity of the installation and exploitation of the heaters in the shelters and military units to the order demands of December 21th, 2022 of the Chief of the General Staff of the Military Forces and the availability of the appropriate means for burning the heaters,

 

carry out the extraordinary inventory of the fire fighting means, check the legality and validity of processes of receipt, protection and distribution of fire fighting means, their factual status, the conformity of the installment to the normative demands,

 

form inscription about the discovered violations and disadvantages, indicating the discovered violation and the demand of the point of normative legal act, which was violated,

 

The Military Prosecutor Elizbaryan ordered to conclude the results of the measures undertaken in a short term in the report and send it with the supporting documents to the RA Military Central Prosecutor’s Office.
