Several staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated May 25, June 5 and 6, 2023.  

 

Particularly:

 

• Gevorg Baghdasaryan, Deputy Prosecutor General was dismissed from the position held.
• Arsen Martirosyan, Head of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia was dismissed from the position held.
• Petros Petrosyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office was dismissed from the position held.
• Gurgen Safaryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik region.
• Hayk Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city.
• Movses Antonyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Ani Sargsyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Organization, Supervision and Legal Assistance of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Property of the Prosecutor General’s Office.   
• Aram Dolinyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir region was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Vanand Asatryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was transferred and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Hayk Manasyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city was seconded to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Pre-Trial Proceedings in the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office from June 6, 2023 until December 6, 2023.
• Anna Harutyunyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Sevak Poghosyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of the city of Yerevan and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.
• Norayr Harutyunyan was appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan city.
• Areg Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir region was transferred and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.
• Mher Yesayan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir region. 
• Edgar Babayan, was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir region and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Armavir region.
• Sona Hovhannisyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk region.
• Karen Hakobyan, the Prosecutor of Yeghegnadzor Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
• Argishti Sahakyan, Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Yeghegnadzor Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
• Vahagn Vardanyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of Lori Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
