Pursuant to the Decision of Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the RA, a disciplinary proceeding was initiated on May 15, 2023, in the course of which it was found that on May 9, 2023, at 02:05, in Tigran Mets Avenue, Yerevan, opposite 1 Melik Adamyan Street, the person holding an autonomous position in the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk region, being in an state, collided with another car with his car, as a result of which two passengers were injured and taken to the hospital.

 

The results of the disciplinary proceedings were sent to the Ethics Commission under the Prosecutor General of the RA. According to the Ethics Commission’s decision of June 9, 2023, the presence and guilt of a disciplinary violation by a person holding an autonomous position in the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk region was considered confirmed, and a positive conclusion was given to the motion filed by the Prosecutor General of RA regarding the imposition of a disciplinary penalty of "dismissal".

 

Before the Prosecutor General imposed a disciplinary penalty, a person holding an autonomous position in the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk region submitted an application for his dismissal.

 

By the order of the Prosecutor General dated June 12, 2023, the prosecutor of the Kotayk region Posecutor's Office was dismissed from his position.

 

According to another order of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General, a disciplinary penalty "severe reprimand" was imposed on a person holding an autonomous position in the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Goris Garrison.

 

As part of the disciplinary proceedings carried out at the General Prosecutor's Office, data was obtained that the person holding an autonomous position at the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Goris Garrison, without the appropriate permission and valid reason, came to work four days late, about 14:00, 14:15, 14:20 and 15:30.

 

According to another order of the Prosecutor General, a disciplinary penalty "reprimand" was imposed on a person holding an autonomous position in the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn region. As part of the disciplinary proceedings carried out in the Prosecutor General’s Office, data was obtained that a person holding an autonomous position in the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn region made a video not directly related to work functions during working hours and published it on a social website, which was spread on the Internet.
