Another statement of claim on the confiscation of property of illicit origin was accepted into the proceedings of the Anti-corruption court on June 2, 2023.

 

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscation from the A. A. acting head of the “Mining Agency” of the Staff of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia during 2017-2018, in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

 

• 2 immovable properties located at Yerevan city and Kotayk region and where impossible the average market value thereof, about AMD 60 million 802 thousand 500.

 

• The average market value (AMD 83 million 655 thousand) of the immovable property located at Yerevan city

 

• Transportation means make “MITSUBISHI PAJERO”,

 

• 50% of shares of “Leonardi and friends” LLC

 

• AMD 382 million 14 thousand which is not substantiated by the lawful income, has an illicit origin, was transferred to bona fide third party or is impossible to identify and confiscate.
