On June 22, Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia met Abbas Badakhshan Zohouri, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who completed the diplomatic mission in the Republic of Armenia. 

Anna Vardapetyan highly appreciated the Ambassador’s contribution to the strengthening of relations between Armenia and Iran as well as to the tightening of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of two countries during the mission and assured that due to Zohouri’s professional experience the contribution to the development and strengthening of welfare of both countries will be continuous.

The Ambassador thanked the RA Prosecutor General for the meeting and effective cooperation and highlighted that he will leave Armenia with warm impressions.

During the meeting the RA Prosecutor General and Ambassador of Iran to Armenia discussed several issues of mutual interest.
