Today the RA National Assembly adopted the draft law <> presented by the RA Government in the second reading and completely, in the result of which the <> was included in the <> allowing the Prosecutor’s Office to provide more efficient protection of community interests.

 

 

In the result of this legislative reform the Prosecutor’s Office will be authorized to bring a claim to the court on the protection of community interests, as well as to litigate the illegal orders and decisions of community governors, at the result of which the gardens, parks, kindergartens and other immovable properties owned by the community  had been alienated repaying those to the community.
