On May 10, 2017 by the Prosecutor of Shengavit administrative district a criminal case has been instituted under Article 149, Part 2, Point 3 of the RA Criminal Code on the fact of exerting pressures and threats against observers of “Transparency International AntiCorruption Center” and NGO “Europe in Law Association” Monika Antonyan and Lena Zakaryan during the parliamentary elections (on April 2), while they carried out observer missions at the polling station 8/01 (Yerevan, Arshakunyats avenue 30) . Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia conducts the preliminary investigation of the case.
