14.05.2017 “Azatutyun.am” website has published article titled “Voters have been given  pre-ticked ballot papers at the polling station N 8/54, located in school N 52 ”.

In connection with this publication Shengavit Department of the RA Police has prepared materials and the necessary urgent investigative, procedural actions have been taken.

By the prepared materials data have been obtained concerning the fact of impeding the free exercise of the voting right, on the fact of which on 19.05.2017 under Article 149, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code a criminal case has been initiated, the preliminary investigation of which has been instructed to the RA Special Investigative Service.
