Prosecutor's Office of Tavoush Region has initiated a criminal case on fact of negligence of officials and illegal cutting of trees.

Taking into account the fact that the prepared materials has contained the elements of crimes - negligent attitude to the service by the officials responsible for illegal cutting of trees in special protected territories, as well as for protecting these territories, the Prosecutor's Office of Tavoush Region  has initiated a criminal case under Article 315 Part 3 of the RA Criminal Code.

The preliminary investigation of the case has been instructed to the Investigative Department of Tavush region of the RA IC.
