With the materials prepared in the RA Police Mush division, data on large-scale embezzlement by abuse of their official position was obtained, on the occasion of embezzlement of financial means by the headmaster of one of the schools of secondary education of Gyumri, allocated for purchasing one-off allowance meal packages for children included in the program of inclusive education, particularly, provided in the framework of the "Special general education" program.

 

A criminal proceeding has been instituted upon the features of the Article 179 Part 2 Points 1 and 3 in the RA Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak Region. The criminal case is sent to the investigative department of Shirak Region to conduct the preliminary investigation.
