Taking into account that by prepared materials have been received data on the abuse of powers by employees of commercial organizations, causing possible property damage and damage to Qatar Airways business reputation, on August 31, 2018 a criminal case has been initiated in the RA Prosecutor General’s Office under part 1 of Art. 214 of the RA Criminal Code and sent to the RA Investigative Committee for conducting a preliminary investigation.
