The preliminary investigation of the criminal case , which was investigated in the prosecutor's office of  Lori region on the fact of illegal forest cuttings and official negligence on the territory of the Gugark branch of the state non-profit organization "Hayantar" in the territory of the forestry of Spitak has been completed.

G.S. and S.K. have been involved as accused and a charge has been brought against them under p. 2 Art. 308 of the RA Criminal Code.

Note: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
