K.G., by submitting an information on allocating the land parcels of the Achajur community to V.S., a resident of the community, received the consent of the Council of Elders for allocating lands of agriculture use over 56.4336 ha (belonging to the community) to "Tavush" International Compatriotic Union for a period of 25 years for a false purpose of improvement.

 

In addition, K.Gh., in violation of the RA Land Code, without a written request of the authorized body and the consent of the Council of Elders, allocated eight units of water and agricultural lands with a total area of 5.78738 ha for a period of 25 years free of charge to the Patriotic Union.

 

Thus, the legitimate interests of the state and local self-government bodies have been significantly damaged.
