The first conciliation agreement was concluded between the Prosecutor General’s office and S. Manukyan in the scope of the proceedings on confiscation of property of illicit origin on 17 February 2023.

 

Pursuant to the agreement A. Manukyan shall be obliged to transfer to the state the immovable property located at Tsarav Aghbyur street, Avan administrative district of the Yerevan city, the market value whereof is more than AMD 81 000 000: it is 85, 2 percent of the value of the property of illicit origin discovered in the scope of the proceedings on confiscation of property of illicit origin.

 

The abovementioned agreement was submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court on 20 February 2023 for confirmation.

 

Under the decision of the court of 21 March 2023, the conciliation agreement was approved, which means that the property constituting the object of the conciliation agreement shall fall under the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
