On November 5, 2017, the duty inspector of the Akhuryan department of the RA Police presented a report that on the same day, at 14:45, a phone call was received from the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia on hindrance to the implementation of the authority of representatives of the media at polling station No. 30/08.

In the Akhuryan branch of Shirak regional police department of RA materials have been  prepared in accordance with Art. 180-181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

On November 8, 2017, in the Prosecutor's Office of Shirak region of the Republic of Armenia a criminal case has been initiated under Art. 149 p. 1 of the RA Criminal Code.

RA General Prosecutor's Office requested the criminal case to send it to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.
