Criminal cases have been initiated in the Department for Combating Corruption and Economic Crimes of the RA General Prosecutor's office on cases of avoiding tax liabilities .

Taking into account the fact that the prepared materials contain flagrant  data of the  crime  by the decision of the prosecutor of the Department for Combating Corruption and Economic Crimes of the RA General Prosecutor's office a criminal case has beеn initiated under Art. 193 of the RA Criminal Code.

Note: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
