Based on the decision of August 28, 2017 of Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia supervision was conducted on the application of budgetary funds during 2016-2017 in the service of compulsory execution of judicial acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. The report on the results, together with the attached documents, was sent to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia on March 22, 2018, where as a result of the investigation, violations of the criminal-legal, property and organizational-legal nature were revealed. 

It was already reported that 4 criminal cases were initiated in the RA Prosecutor General's Office on the basis of the crimes provided for in point 1 of part 2 of Article 184 and part 2 of Article 315 of the RA Criminal Code.

To conduct preliminary investigation the criminal cases were sent to the RA Special Investigation Service.
