By the instruction of RA Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, a working group has been formed in the Prosecutor's Office with a view to study the cases of detention in 2017-2018, identify the issues of legal regulation and  implementation of procedural coercive measure.

Based on the results of the study, specific proposals will be submitted for taking measures to exclude them, and certain criteria will be established to ensure reasonable detention.
