As a result of a comprehensive study of the statement provided by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia regarding North-South Road Corridor program, it has been found out that the officials involved in the process of development and implementation of North-South Road Corridor program of 2009-2018 repeatedly have changed the agreements on the provision of services, included ineffective and unreasonable works in them, accepted the estimate documents drawn up by obvious omissions.

 

By the decree of the senior prosecutor of the RA General Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Art. 308 of the RA Criminal Code.

 

Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
