The RA Prosecutor General  Artur Davtyan has presented the newly appointed prosecutor Rafael Yeritsyan,  Third class Counselor of Justice to the employees, prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office of Gegharkunik region, as well as to the executive personnel of the relevant territorial divisions of other law enforcement bodies.

 

Artur Davtyan also thanked the former  prosecutor  of the region Sarkis Mnatsakanyan for his conscientious work, he will continue his professional work as a prosecutor of Aragatsotn region of the Republic of Armenia and wished him success.

 

During the meeting, Artur Davtyan and  prosecutors of the region have discussed a number of topical issues related to the general state of crime in the region and increasing the effectiveness of prosecutorial work in the fight against crime.

 

The Prosecutor General also demanded to pay special attention to guaranteeing the exercise of rights of trial participants both in the pre-trial proceedings and during the trial.
