28 people applied for taking part in the open competitions

As we had already informed that the RA Prosecutor General’s Office published an announcement on holding open competitions aimed at replenishing the list of candidates of Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA carrying out the coordinating functions and the list of Prosecutors carrying out functions envisaged by “Law on confiscation of property of illicit origin”.
The deadline for submitting applications and necessary documents has come to an end today, on 5 June, at 14:00.
Taking into account the publicity and transparent approach by the RA Prosecutor General’s Office in holding the whole process, it is worth of informing that within the stipulated timeframe 3 applications have been submitted for the open competitions aimed at replenishing the list of candidates of Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA carrying out the coordinating functions and 25 applications for the list of Prosecutors carrying out functions envisaged by “Law on confiscation of property of illicit origin”.
During the forthcoming four days, according to the procedure of holding the competition, the Qualification Commission adjunct to the RA Prosecutor General will study the compliance of the submitted documents to legislation and the requirements foreseen by procedure, immediately after which in due time the personal information (name, surname, father’s name) of those people whose applications have been approved and who can take part in the competition will be published in the official website of the RA Prosecutor’s Office.
It should be also reminded that the open competitions will be held from 29 June to 1 July 2020.
