People, who have recently been prosecuted within the framework of various criminal cases, as well as evaded from justice and have a prospect of criminal liability, with their supporters, being guided by the principle of "fishing in troubled waters", by various manipulative, emotional statements are trying to influence the activities of law enforcement bodies, including the prosecutors.

We consider it necessary to emphasize that the Prosecutor's Office, like other law enforcement agencies, is apolitical system that operates exclusively on the basis of the RA Constitution and laws.

Especially during these critical days for the Armenian people, the Prosecutor's Office, as never before, acts with a deep understanding of responsibility before the people and state and will make every effort to counter any criminal encroachment.

Therefore, we urge to refrain from very dangerous and unpromising activities to involve the law enforcement system, in particular the prosecutor's office and prosecutors, in political processes.
