The study of the video-recordings of the session of the RA National Assembly dated on 25 of August 2021 evidences that the actions of improper conduct of the representative of the legislative body by several Deputies of the RA National Assembly attending the session, as well as not proper attitude toward the citizens, which was acted with improper expressions and violation has obstacle the normal work of the National Assembly.

 

Taking into account the above-mentioned, the video-recordings have been sent to the Special Investigation Service of the RA by the RA Prosecutor General in order to prepare materials according to Articles 180-181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code and to give the event and participants legal assessment.
