Another statement of claim on confiscation of property of illicit origin was accepted into Anti-corruption Court’s proceedings.

 

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with court on confiscating from S.V., participant of Poli-Transport LLC— the subcontractor of the Armenian branch of Spanish Corsan-Corviam Construccion Company, which is the contractor of Tranch 1 and Tranch 2 sections of the North-South Road Corridor program, in favor of the Republic of Armenia, particularly: 

  

• 2 immovable properties in Vahakni residential community and 1 transportation means and in case of impossibility, the average market value thereof, which shall amount to about AMD 316 000 000.
• About AMD 1 021 000 000, as the sum of the amount issued as a loan, the amount not substantiated by the lawful income transferred to bona fide third parties and the remainder of the income of illicit origin.
