On November 15, the Deputy Prosecutor General Anahit Manasyan received Nelly Tumasyan, German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation Project (IRZ) Coordinator in Armenian.

 

Anahit Manasyan, attached importance to the implementation of programs aimed at the development of legal cooperation between the Prosecutor's Office and IRZ and presented the reforms being implemented in a number of directions in the prosecution system.

 

The Deputy Prosecutor General emphasized the importance of the continuous education of prosecutors, the implementation of programs aimed at strengthening good behavior, as well as the development of a strategy for the further development of the law enforcement structure. Anahit Manasyan especially emphasized the implementation of programs aimed at increasing and strengthening public trust in the Prosecutor's Office.

 

Nelly Tumasyan expressed her readiness to cooperate with the General Prosecutor's Office in a number of directions.

 

During the meeting, among other issues, they discussed the possibilities of drafting legal acts with the support of the IRZ, as well as other perspectives for strengthening further cooperation in the legal field.
