On 28 October 2022, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that a criminal case had been initiated in 26 October 2022 with the fact of giving an apparently false opinion for the case of depriving Poghos Poghosyan of his life in the corridor of the "Aragast" cafe’s toilet, on the 25 of September.

 

On 17 November 2022, the supervising prosecutor made decisions on initiating public criminal prosecution against SH.G. and G.H. and send them to the investigator conducting the preliminary investigation.

 

On 21 November 2022, with the consent of the supervising prosecutor, the investigator conducting the preliminary investigation made decisions on selecting the suspension of office as preventive means against the defendants SH.G. and G.H., which supposes a temporary interruption of the latters’ work activity.

 

The Decision’s copy was sent to the “Scientific-Practical Center of Forensic Medicine” Snco of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of the RA.
