On the 26th of October, 2022, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the apparently false opinion of the experts for the case of depriving Poghos Poghosyan of his life in the corridor of the "Aragast" cafe’s toilet, in the 25th of September, 2001, around 01:00 AM.

 

A number of circumstances of essential importance for the investigation were not recorded by Sh.G. and G.H., medical experts who had carried out a primary forensic examination. According to the conclusion of the commission's examination, the opinions expressed by the above-mentioned experts were denied.

 

The criminal case has been initiated based on the report of the deputy prosecutor of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of the Prosecutor's Office of RA under the Article 504, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code of the RA.
