The National Assembly consented to the motion of the RA Prosecutor General regarding the initiation of public criminal prosecution against the M.S., Parliament Member by secret ballot (in favor: 65, against: 0)

 

Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the RA submitted the motion to the National Assembly on 11 April 2023.

 

The Prosecutor General reflected upon the factual data and testimonies obtained during the criminal proceeding, as well as answered the questions of the Parliament Members.

 

Notice:  Every person charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
