The economic entity obtained a property belonging to the company having state share – a sport complex for 125 billion 963 thousands AMD. In 2006, the mentioned property was mortgaged in the bank for 3 million 500 thousand US dollars, and in 2014, according to the decision of the Government, it was handed over to the state in exchange of tax obligations toward the state budget for 9 billion 45 million AMD.

 

In the result of the studies undertaken at the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office it was found out that due to those actions over 6 billion 628 million AMD was caused to the state.

 

Today, the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a report on the crime to the Anti-Corruption Committee in order to initiate criminal proceedings.
