G.H., the Head of the Department of Combat and Physical Preparation of Police in 2011-2018, Deputy Executive and the secretary of the general assembly of the "Dinamo" Sports NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) in 2012-2018 as a secondary employment, committed an official forgery, used his official post and supported V.G., the former Head of Police in wasting the immovable property with an especially large amount of value (857 million 891 thousand 44 AMD), located at 72 Charents street, Yerevan.

 

G.H. agreed to confirm an official fake document with his and V.G.’s signatures, in order not to oppose and please his supervisor.

 

Based on the factual data obtained during the criminal proceedings examined by the Anti-Corruption Committee, a decision was made by the supervising prosecutor to initiate a public criminal prosecution against G.H. The decision was sent to the Anti-Corruption Committee in order to file a charge and chose a preventive measure.
