The Prosecutor's Office of Armenia and the University of the Prosecutor's Office of Russia will deepen cooperation

The delegation headed by Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, also visited the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on December 9 as part of the working visit to Moscow.
During the meeting with Vyacheslav Vlasov, the representative of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and Nina Shalumova, the Acting Rector of the University, the prospects of deepening the cooperation between the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia and the University, the implementation of joint programs aimed at raising the qualifications of prosecutors, as well as the need to organize targeted education in the fight against corruption were discussed.
The RA Prosecutor General Vardapetyan highly appreciated the existing cooperation with the University, the quality of the training course being conducted for Armenian prosecutors at the University and emphasized the importance of ensuring continuous education of personnel for the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia.
During the meeting Anahit Manasyan, the Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA, represented the package solutions for the envisaged reforms in the process of initial and continuous training of prosecutors, aimed at teaching methodology, organization of courses for prosecutors in regions, etc.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest and agreed to continue the meetings in this format aimed at increasing the efficiency of cooperation and undertaking the training of qualified personnel.
