A disciplinary penalty “Reprimand” was imposed on an individual, occupying an autonomous position in the Goris Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

 

It was turned out in the frames of the disciplinary proceedings that individual occupying an autonomous position in the Goris Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office had regularly been missing Court Sittings with no ground reason and appeared at his first court session without getting acquainted with the case materials, due to which the court session was postponed.
