The composition of the editorial board of the "Legality" periodical of the Prosecutor's Office, composed of internationally renowned lawyers, has been approved

On December 29, the composition of the editorial board of the scientific periodical "Legality" was approved by the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.

 

The development of the directions of the periodical, the adaptation of the published scientific articles to international standards, as well as the coordination of works aimed at including them in international well-known databases are among the functions of the board.

 

Anahit Manasyan, Deputy Prosecutor General, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Constitutional Law of YSU, has been appointed as the Chair of the Board of "Legality" scientific periodical.

 

 

The members of the Board included are:

 

 

  • Artur Ghambaryan - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Chair of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law of the Russian-Armenian University
  • Hanna Suchocka - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Honorary President of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe), Former Prime Minister of Poland
  • Janis Pleps - Doctor of Law, Associate Professor at the Department of Legal Theory and History, Faculty of law, University of Latvia, Judge of the Supreme Court of Latvia
  • Roman Melnyk - Doctor of Law, Professor at M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University Law School
  • Leonid Golovko - Doctor of Law,  Professor, Head of the Chair of Criminal Procedure, Justice and Supervision   by  Public Prosecutor of Lomonosov Moscow State University
  •  Igor Kravets - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Chair of Theory and History of State and Law and Constitutional Law    of the Novosibirsk State University
  • Norbert Bernsdorff  - Doctor    of       Law,   Professor at Philipps-Universitat

Marburg/Hessen, National key expert on the European Charter of Fundamental Rights /Vienna/, Retired Judge of the Third Instance Court on Social Affairs

It should be noted that these reforms are undertaken in the context of the process of internationalization of the scientific periodical "Legality" announced by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
