On December 27, 2022, the motion of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office on R. Kh.’s extradition to the competent bodies, convicted for the attempted murder was granted in the result of the cooperation between the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia and the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.

 

 

The latter’s transfer was entrusted to the Police of the Republic of Armenia. On December 30, 2022, R. Kh. has been transferred to Yerevan.

 

 

On December 29, 2022 in the result of the cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the competent bodies of Montenegro, the operative workers’ group escorting the Police of the Republic of Armenia has transferred K.S., wanted by the competent bodies of the Republic of Armenia to Yerevan.

 

 

K. S.  was wanted in the frame of a criminal case for legalization of especially large amounts of money, exceeding 98 billion AMD,  obtained from illicit activities.
