The results of the monitoring on the effectiveness of state support service for establishing intensive orchards and berries in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, carried out by the State Supervision Service were examined by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

It was found out that under the pretext of establishing intensive gardens, some of the beneficiaries of state support program submitted fake documents to the Ministry of Economy.

 

Based on the abovementioned, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted reports on the crime to the Investigative Committee.

 

Criminal proceedings were initiated in the Investigative Committee under part 2 of article 315, part 1 of article 325 and point 1 of part 3 of article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
